Case for Vision Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on all products within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in new or like-new condition.

  • Products must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

  • Returns with unopened, sealed packaging will not incur a restocking fee.

  • Returns with opened packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for products in new and like-new condition. If you need a different model or size, reach out and we’ll help coordinate an exchange within the 30-day window.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund or exchange at no additional cost. Please contact us right away so we can make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for standard returns. In the case of defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please email us at contact@caseforvision.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with return instructions and shipping details.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
