  • Yes. All Case for Vision products require a properly aligned case or cradle to ensure stable, hands-free magnification. The iPhone and Ergo versions come with a protective case that must be used for correct positioning.

    The Case for Vision MagSafe model includes a compatible case as well, and while you may be able to use your own MagSafe-compatible case, we recommend using the one provided. It’s guaranteed to work with your phone and offers the most reliable performance and alignment.

  • Not yet. Case for Vision currently works only with iPhones. We’re actively exploring Android compatibility and hope to expand in the future.

  • Yes. You can take high-resolution photos or videos using your phone’s camera while using Case for Vision, making it easy to save information or review materials later.

  • Yes. The app is designed to work with VoiceOver and other iOS accessibility features. Accessibility is a core part of Case for Vision’s design.

Orders, Shipping, and Returns

  • Case for Vision products start under $100 and are a fraction of the cost of traditional desktop magnifiers. Visit the product pages for current pricing.

  • We offer a 30-day return window for all products.

    • If the packaging is sealed, there is no restocking fee.

    • If the product has been opened, a 15% restocking fee applies.

    • Products must be in like-new condition to be eligible for a refund.

  • We primarily ship within the United States. If you're located outside the U.S., please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate your order.

Getting Started and Support

  • Your Case for Vision product will come with setup instructions. A tutorial is also included in the Case for Vision app.

    Simply insert your iPhone or iPad into the provided case or cradle, unfold the stand, and open the Case for Vision app to begin magnifying. You can find demo videos on our Demos page.

  • Yes. The Case for Vision app enables zooming, color modes, and camera controls. The app is available for free in the iOS App Store. Download instructions will be included with your product.

  • Yes. Once installed, the app works entirely offline using your phone’s camera—no internet connection required.

  • Yes. All Case for Vision products come with a lifetime warranty.

    We also offer an exclusive upgrade program for Case for Vision iPhone products: when you upgrade your phone, just send back your original Case for Vision phone case and we’ll send you the new compatible version at no additional cost—just cover the shipping.

  • Yes. Case for Vision offers a lifetime phone case upgrade program. When you get a new iPhone, simply send us your old Case for Vision phone case and we’ll send you the version that fits your new model—free of charge. You’ll just need to cover the shipping cost. This ensures you can keep using your Case for Vision stand as your technology evolves.
